Bulk Mail Sender is a powerful tool designed to help you send personalized emails to a large number of recipients directly from your Gmail account. Our app uses your own email address to send messages, giving you full control and transparency.

Data Usage Transparency: When you sign in with Google, we securely request permission to send emails on your behalf. This is the only user data we access and it is used solely for the purpose of sending your bulk emails as instructed. We do not store your email content, recipient lists, or any other personal data on our servers. All information is processed in real-time and immediately deleted after the task is completed. Your privacy is our top priority.

We do not permanently store your personal information. When you sign in with your Google Account, we receive and process the following data only for the duration of your session:

Your email address and profile information: This is used solely to authenticate your identity and to display your name and email on the application screen. We do not store or share this data.
Access to your Gmail account: We request permission to send emails on your behalf. This is the core functionality of our service. We use this access to send the emails you compose to the recipients you provide. We do not read, store, or process any other emails from your account.
Recipient Email Addresses and Email Content: When you upload a CSV file with email addresses and compose your message, this data is processed in real-time. It is used exclusively to send your bulk email and is not stored on our servers after the process is completed.
